The Clubhouse is a perfect venue for many special occasions, set in rolling Shropshire countryside away from the hustle and bustle of a town centre location.

The dining room and balcony both have splendid views over the Georgian Parkland Golf Course. The main room can hold up to ninety diners and a dance floor, or 120 diners without a dancefloor. The room has an impressive bar area, plus room for a band or disco. The extended room holds a further 50 guests for a more informal evening which may follow on from the main reception.

The whole floor benefits from a built in speaker system which may be used for background music, speeches, or your own personal disco. The sophisticated lighting system creates the perfect mood and ambiance, particularly useful when the dancing starts.

A disco for your party or wedding can be booked from £250. We can also recommend several live bands. Our in house surround system can also facilitate the ambience of your day.

Deposits & Payment

£200 non-refundable deposit which is deductible, but not refundable, from the final balance will be required within 14 days of a provisional booking.

We require that all the arrangements and details of your special day are finalised at least 2 weeks prior to your event which will include menu choice for those having a selection of courses. The agreed menus, numbers, costs, etc will form the contract.

Full payment shall be required 2 weeks before your event. Should the numbers decrease after 2 weeks we regret no refund can be given.
